เราใช้ข้อมูลจากแพลตฟอร์ม (Platform Data) เฉพาะเพื่อให้บริการแก่ร้านค้าเจ้าของเพจนั้นเท่านั้น เราไม่ขาย ไม่ให้เช่า ไม่แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลดังกล่าว และไม่นำไปใช้สร้างโปรไฟล์โฆษณาข้ามธุรกิจ

The website and services operating under the name NEO-S are provided by Comtech Solution System Co., Ltd. (company registration no. 0105555122241), registered office at 99/263 Soi Krungthep Kreetha 39, Thap Chang, Saphan Sung, Bangkok, Thailand.
In this policy, “we” means the company above and “you” means the individual the personal data relates to. We act as a data controller under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) for website visitors and our business customers.
When a merchant authorises us to connect their Page or account, we access only what is necessary to deliver the service:

We use Platform Data solely to provide the service to the merchant who owns that Page. We do not sell, rent or trade it, and we do not use it to build cross-business advertising profiles.

We work hard to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. In the event of a high-risk data breach, we will notify affected parties and Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee within the timeframes required by law.
Under the PDPA you have the right to access, obtain a copy, rectify, erase or destroy, restrict processing, object to processing, data portability, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint.
Our website uses cookies necessary for operation and Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance and improve content. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook account settings. Disabling some cookies may limit certain site functions.
Our services are designed for business use. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 20. If you believe a minor's data has been collected without valid consent, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
